NuGet package and Sample Website has been added to the Tiny Membership Providers.
The code was refactored and placed back in just one assembly for convenience.
The projects for SQL Compact security providers were deleted and plans for building them abandoned, because of the new Microsoft System.Web.Providers.

Thanks to Jonathan and his code provided in following discussion http://tinyproviders.codeplex.com/discussions/254213, this release finally will fix the issues with XML files been emptied.
Great collaboration by Jonathan, very much appreciated.

Because I measure this as a critical fix in the project I jump from release 4.0 to 4.5.

Custom ASP.NET XML membership providers targeting .NET 4.0
The implementation ASP.NET XML membership providers targeting .NET 2.0 could be found at ASP.NET XmlProviders
I start with version 4.0 by purpose.
The versions bellow 4.0 are kept for future releases of .NET 2.0 implementation of ASP.NET XML membership providers.
